Born and raised in Long Island, David attended N.Y.U. and A.I.M. Grad School where he earned his MBA and CPM. David sold over $100M in properties throughout Manhattan while working with Corcoran and later Foxtons UK as the sole listing agent in Manhattan. He later launched the Pro Realty Team Management Group in 2005 which now manages over 35 Condo and Co-ip Communities throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn, NY.

Karen Moulding is a graduate of Columbia University School of Law, with over 15 years of experience focusing primarily in matrimonial, divorce and family law in New York, as well as Constitutional litigation, criminal defense, real estate and housing, and general practice.
Ms. Moulding is admitted in the State of New York, and is an active member of the New York County Lawyers’ Association, the NYCLA Matrimonial Committee, and the NYCLA Real Estate Committee. Ms. Moulding is a Cooperating Attorney with the National Center for Lesbian Rights and is a member of the National Lawyers Guild.

Repair Work: I find that he is honest and upfront with recommendations to home repairs and how to handle my tenants, and often correct in his assessments. Tenant Search and Relationship Management: Pro Realty worked seamlessly with my rental agent to find a new tenant and does a thorough job of pinpointing red flags in rental applications and screening the tenants through a phone interview. He negotiates on my behalf for lease renewals and still manages to keep them happy despite rent increases. My tenants have taken notice of his quick response time (less than 12 hours) and ability to fix issues in the apartment (usually within 48 hours).
